The staff truly made our stay unforgettable—they were so welcoming, kind, and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The WiFi was fantastic, which was a lifesaver since I had to teach a few online classes for my job back in California. As for the location, it couldn’t be better—you can easily get anywhere you need to go!

Perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from Times Square! Our spacious room on a high floor offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large bathroom came with lovely complimentary... toiletries that added a nice touch to our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The breakfast area felt a bit overwhelming—with so many guests and not nearly enough seating, it was hard to find a spot and enjoy a relaxed meal. Still, the food itself was tasty once we managed to sit down!

We loved the hotel's fantastic location—just a short walk from the bus station and Broadway! Our room was spotless and cozy, making it easy to relax. The only downside was that noise from the neighbors next door came through the partition door a bit too clearly. As for the quality of the amenities, they were decent, though nothing extraordinary. Overall, a solid stay!
